The pen is mightier than the sword, and it can be more beautiful, too! At Pen Works, we are passionate about the written word, and more importantly, the tools you use to write it. Your pen can set a standard, make a lasting impression, and show that you mean business when you sign next to the X. From a creative writer, to an executive professional, there is a place in every front pocket for a personal 1 of a kind, hand crafted pen, made right here in the U.S.A.
With every pen, I strive to make a quality product second to none, from the crystal clear protective finish to the highly figured and unique woods. I want to ensure that every pen is able to be an heirloom to be enjoyed and cherished through the generations, from my family to yours.

Our Services
Have access to years of experience in lathe working, wood stabilizing, resin casting and fabrication, with just a few clicks. Primarily, we lathe pens, with an inventory of ready-to-ship pens, or built to order with a quick average 2 day turn time for custom orders. We have over 45 different pen dressing designs, over 25 hardwoods and several stabilized softer woods and burl woods. Hybrid wood and acrylic pens offers a beautiful contrast between figured and flamed burl woods and beautiful swirl or metallic resins.
We can turn the pens to any profile you need. If you have a profile in mind, please contact me and we can communicate what you would like that side view profile to look like out of the material of your choice for the pen body, as well as the dressing for your pen.
In addition to pens, Pen Works produces beautiful Christmas ornaments, salt and pepper shakers, custom to fit bottle openers of multiple styles, bottle stoppers and virtually every kitchen utensil you can imagine, including matching sets of astonishing measuring cups and spoons, which can be matched to a pen, an excellent gift for the baker or cook in your life to jot down new recipes in their cookbook.
